Who We Are
Leadership isn’t gender-based. It’s a calling.
Girls Gone Bold Movement (GGBMvmt) is a girl-focused initiative under The BoldWoman Leadership Network (TBWLN), founded by Victoria Ogbujah. We exist to catch girls young (before the world teaches them to shrink, be silent, and stay hidden) and transform them into bold, loud, and visible women who show up fully in every area of their lives.
We believe that leadership and visibility is not gender-based, but skills that can be taught, learnt, acquired, and practiced by any gender. That when God places a person somewhere — in a home, a classroom, a community, a career, a stage — showing up boldly in that space is not arrogance. It is faithfulness. It is purpose in action. It is obedience.
GGBMvmt is on a mission to make sure girls grow up knowing that they are called and meant to lead. That their gender does not disqualify them.
The Problem We Are Solving
The struggle rarely starts in adulthood. It starts in girlhood.

Across generations, women have struggled to show up boldly in their areas of calling. They shrink in boardrooms. They silence themselves in conversations. They dim their light to fit into spaces that told them to be smaller.

It starts when a girl is told she is too loud, too much, too forward. When she is taught that a good girl is a quiet girl. Her voice is treated as something to manage rather than something to develop. She grows up quite alright. But she grows up small.

By the time she is a woman, years of conditioning have done their work. She now needs to unlearn the silence, undo the shrinking, and fight her way back to herself — and that fight is hard, long, and costly.
GGBMvmt exists to interrupt that cycle before it ever begins.
